About Us

We have making art since 1949.

My father, Jack Weedn started our venture in Southern California acting in Hollywood westerns and making aerial photographs, art prints, serigraphs and etchings in our garage. A bit later with a 1965 Mustang in the driveway we expanded to Grand Ave. in Santa Ana, a stone's throw from Dan Gurney's shop.

I am Rick Weedn and I was raised in the glory days of California. I raced desert in the Mojave and Escape Country and Saddleback as an amateur. I befriended Tom White at Bob Maynards Orange County Cycle and began a lifelong love affair with sports cars and motorcycles.

Later friendships with the Gurney family, Ford Motor Company, Carroll Shelby Enterprises and The Henry Ford Museum added passion to our adventure. I learned publishing at 18 from my dad and have been publishing and producing ever since.

Later I was Licensing agent for John Wayne and Marlon Brando Estates.

In 2017 my son, Miguel Weedn and I moved to Switzerland, Portugal and Spain where we continue with our art, TV and film ventures today. If you are ever in Lugano please drop by our gallery and say hello. Join us for some coffee and bench racing.
